The company adopts a membership based operating system and plans to develop 1 million members in the next five years, selecting 1000 successful alliance members and 100 industry partners. At the same time, through project-based business revenue sharing, it is expected to achieve an annual revenue of 100 billion yuan in 5 years.

Organizational Structure

Equity structure: Four founding professional partners each hold 15%, the board partner holding platform holds 10%, and the industry partner holding platform holds 30%. The number of directors and partners shall not exceed 10, and they shall be appointed by personnel with operational management experience. The equity shall be redeemed through their own performance; Industry partners shall not exceed 100, selected from successful entrepreneurs, and equity shall be obtained through the selection mechanism by paying capital.
